Here's How it Works
Step 1:
Contact Us
Fill out our Contact Us form or email us at villagepizzaem@gmail.com with your preferred Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night for the event. Be sure to include the name of your school, team, or organization to let us know who the fundraiser will support!
Step 2:
Marketing
Once your date is confirmed, we’ll provide you with marketing tools to help spread the word! This includes ready-to-use social media posts, printable flyers, and email templates to make promoting your fundraiser easy and effective.
Step 3:
Enjoy Your Night!
Enjoy your fundraising night at Village Pizza surrounded by friends, family, and supporters! Relax, have fun, and let us handle the rest as you raise funds for your school, team, or organization.
Step 4:
Cash Your Check
A few weeks after your fundraiser, you’ll receive a check in the mail with your donation! Your earnings are based on your event’s total sales:
10% back for sales of $350 or less
20% back for sales between $350 and $2,500
25% back for sales of $2,500 or more
The more support you bring in, the more funds go back to your cause!
